In brief: Short learning journey consisting of 2 key VR-based Learning Modules, each approx. 40 minutes long for autonomous and self-directed learning. During the access duration, you can process the modules as many times as you wish and from wherever you want.

These 2 modules give you solutions and tools on how to facilitate stimulating performance dialogues and will help you implement a “performance and behavior are equally important” culture in your teams.
